Documents Required

1. Print out of online application form signed by the applicant.
2. Two recent color photographs with white background 5.08X5.08 cm (2”X2” inches), one pasted on the visa application form and  other securely stapled  with the application.
3. Passport in original with a minimum remaining validity of six months from the date of entry into India, with at least two blank pages.  A photocopy of the first page of the passport. In case, the applicant has taken Indian visa (s) in the past, such passport (s) in original along with a photocopy of each passport should be submitted.
4. Mexican Identity Proof (FM-2 or FM-3 in case of foreign nationals) along with a copy.

5. In addition to above for minors dependent on Indian parents:

   (a) Original and copy of Birth certificate duly apostiled.
   (b) Original and copy of passports and Residence Permit i.e. FM2 or FM3 of parents.
   (c) Original and copy of Marriage Certificate of parents  duly apostiled.
   (d) Certified copy of Bank statement  of Indian parent
   (e) Responsibility Letter from Indian parent for stay in India.

6. In addition to above for foreign spouses married  to Indian nationals:

   (a) Original and copy of Marriage Certificate of parents  duly apostiled.
   (b) Copy of Indian passport/OCI card of spouse.
   (c)  A copy of any two of the below four documents in support of applicant's financial standing
         (i) Certified copy of Bank statement  of Indian spouse.         
         (ii) Salary slips of the main applicant.           
         (iii) Original bank statement (last 3 months) of the main applicant certified by Bank
         (iv)  Income tax returns of the main applicant.

7. Responsibility Letter from spouse for stay in India.

Important Note

1. Personal presence of the applicant at the Embassy is mandatory for Biometrics and/ or interview. Book your appointment here.
2. Each visa application is considered on its merits and the Embassy may seek additional documents/information at any stage during processing of the requests. Receipt of visa application and fees by the Embassy does not guarantee issue of visa.
3. Please note that visa fee is non-refundable whether visa is approved or rejected.

Applicable Fee is to be deposited in two different banks and  bring original fee payment receipts with the application.

Do not deposit complete fee in one Bank.
