AYUSH Visa is granted to a foreigner whose sole purpose is to seek treatment through AYUSH systems/ Indian systems of medicine like therapeutic care and wellness in a hospital/ wellness centre accredited and registered with an appropriate Indian Government authority or NABH/ NCH/ NCISM/ accredited hospitals providing AYUSH services.

Documents Required
- Print out of online application form signed by the applicant.
- Two recent color photographs with white background 08X5.08 cm (2”X2” inches), one pasted on the visa application form and other securely stapled with the application.
- Passport in original with a minimum remaining validity of six months from the date of entry into India, with at least two blank pages. A photocopy of the first page of the passport. In case, the applicant has taken Indian visa (s) in the past, such passport (s) in original along with a photocopy of each passport should be submitted.
- Original and copy of Mexican/ Belizean Identity Proof (for Mexico: FM-2/ FM-3; for Belize: legal residency card, in case of foreign nationals).
- Original acceptance letter from an established Hospital indicating name, passport number of the patient and attendants (if any), ailment and brief outline of the treatment. estimated treatment time and cost.
- Copy of the Governmental certificate of registration of the hospital in India.
- Patient's medical history and the supporting documents with translation.
- Original Bank statement for last 3 months in support of financial standing of the applicant.
- Original fee receipts of applicable visa fees to be paid in the respective Bank accounts of the Embassy.
Important Note
- Personal presence of the applicant at the Embassy is mandatory for Biometrics and/ or interview. Book your appointment here.
- Each visa application is considered on its merits and the Embassy may seek additional documents/information at any stage during processing of the requests. Receipt of visa application and fees by the Embassy does not guarantee issue of visa.
- Please note that visa fee is non-refundable whether visa is approved or rejected.
